We are a wholesale only nursery, selling primarily to landscape professionals (licensed Landscape Architects, Designers and Contractors). We do not offer retail sales. To set up an account with us we require you provide a UBI number and if you prefer non-taxable sales, a current copy of your resale certificate.
We do not accept returns. Our return policy is intended to provide our customers with the peace of mind, knowing the plants they purchased are not “used”. All sales are final, no exceptions will be made. No warranty or guarantee. Buyer assumes all responsibility of all materials purchased.
We provide local delivery service for orders of $1,500.00 or more. Our fee schedule for deliveries is as follows:
Being based in the Redmond, WA we consider our local delivery area being South of Alderwood, North of Tukwilla, East of Seattle and West of North Bend. Any delivery taking a round trip time of 2 hours or more may have an additional delivery charge assessed depending on location and size of load. Several of our trucks are equipped with a lift gate. If a lift gate load is requested an additional $100.00 fee will be charged.
ISLAND DELIVERIES (excluding Mercer Island)
* Our delivery service includes getting the plants to your location; you are responsible for unloading them. In most cases this requires equipment and crew onsite to when the truck arrives.
If you have an upcoming project or need to identify plants for your crew to pickup we invite you to come to the nursery and select the plants you need. We will provide you with the ribbon to tag. Here are some of our tagging requirements:
Our tagging rules are necessary due to heavy sales volumes and are to help prevent customers from taking other customer’s plants.
We try to keep a diverse selection of plants and quantities on hand but occasionally we may not have something you are looking for. If they are available we can special order plants for you. Plants that are special ordered and/or those we do not routinely stock may require a 50% non-refundable deposit before being brought in.
We are very proud of our nursery and the high quality product we stock. As our customer we strongly encourage you to tour the property and plan your current or future planting project. The 10 acres are easy to walk or drive. If your customers would like to participate in selecting the plants, you are welcome to bring them with you and tour together. Please be aware most of our plants are marked with wholesale prices. We have a knowledgeable staff, but as a wholesale nursery we do not have the employee base or the familiarity of your project to tour your customers if they are sent here on their own. If they are to tour without you please make sure to call or e-mail us ahead of time so we know it is permissible for them to do so and to see our wholesale prices.
